Hobbies:
Phil is a husband, father of 2 boys, and grandfather. Phil has a passion for wrestling and coaching, sharing that passion with his youngest son who is a multiple time National Wrestling Champion. Outside of wrestling, his hobbies include traveling with his family, and riding his Harley whenever he can.

Phil has been with Microf for 8 years and has been a mentor in the professional development of many. Phil has 20 years’ experience, his extensive experience being in KPI Management & Development, customer service and contractor relations.
